Dell Cloud Portfolio as a high degree of flexibility for customers?: Tools and Opportunities
We have had the opportunities to read, learn and listen about Cloud Solution from Dell, but our concerns remain the same: how Dell can assist very well customers in their Cloud projects?
We noted that: Dell seems believe in both private and public
solutions as well as hybrid mixtures aiming to provide enterprise customers a
high degree of flexibility in supporting customers, partners, and employees.
Regarding the public cloud
space, Dell bases on VMware’s vCloud technology to provide customers. Their public
vCloud is currently available in three datacenters in
the United States and Europe supporting North and South America and the
European marketplace.
At Dell World 2012 in December
Dell has announced their willpower to create an OpenStack based public cloud.

choices for enterprise customers is a priority for Dell to support the needs of
our customer base. Both technologies are in high demand with our customers and
