Henceforth Wynright is agreed to acquire BoxLogix Automation’s Software and Controls Group.



The announcement is official since this afternoon, Wynright Corporation, the nation’s leading independent, U.S.-based provider of intelligent material handling systems, announced that, it has
agreed to acquire the Software and Controls Group of BoxLogixAutomation.
Under the terms of agreement, the people and assets of the Software and Controls Group will remain in their current location in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In addition, BoxLogix will continue to provide mechanical material handling engineering and design services out of their Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin office.
Connectikpeople has also discovered that, the new technology and personnel is designed to complement Wynright’s current software and controls engineering services, enhancing the company’s development capacity.
This means the combined group will be supporting the completion of Wynright’s new Wynsoft™ warehouse automation software suite, which is scheduled to release early fall, 2013.
