Build apps with PhoneGap that target BlackBerry® 10: Stakes and opportunities for Developers

Blackberry continues its seduction vis-à-vis of the developers, so since the middle of November 2102, the stake is to help and encourage developersto develop and port their applications via PhoneGap to Blackberry 10.

For those who unfamiliar, PhoneGap is an open source framework that allows developers to quickly build cross-platform apps using HTML5, JavaScript®, and CSS. PhoneGap is compatible with BlackBerry® OS 5+, BlackBerry® PlayBook™ OS, and BlackBerry 10.
Therefore RIM Blackberry calls for developers to take advantage of the recent Blackberry 10 support by porting for example their apps over to BlackBerry 10, and registering for the 10k Developer Commitment. At least $10,000 in 12 months is guarantee by RIM Blackberry.
