Cairo Drive available on Indiegogo, is a collective road trip, told through many voices, all celebrating the resilience of the Egyptian people who are able to find humanity in chaos and humor in adversity...
Its author, who was born in the U.S., raised in Cairo and currently lives
in Brooklyn, NY, has been working in film and television for 17 years, has like
a new challenge this film.
In fact Cairo Drive aims to offer a unique look at a special city and its
people at a critical time in the history of Egypt.
The film follows
several characters as they navigate their lives on Cairo's hectic roads, but
their view from behind the wheel sheds light on issues bigger than driving.
Cairo Drive gathers collective road trip, told through many

‘’Cairo Drive has largely been an independent effort. I
have produced, filmed and edited the footage and am grateful for the support of
so many friends who have helped me to finish a 72-minute "fine cut."
Now I need the perspective of
a professional editor to complete the film, as well as raise funds for color
correcting, sound mixing, graphics, titles, and animation.
I am hoping to raise $32,000
to pay for these post-production costs and to submit Cairo Drive to film
festivals in Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East.
Any contribution helps and I
will be eternally grateful for your support. If you contribute $100 or more,
you will receive credit in the movie’’. Has Declared the manager .
