New Amazon Web Service functionality in Brazil and Singapore: Stakes and Opportunities around Elastic Beanstalk, EBS Provisioned IOPS…
Following the launching of AWS Region in Brazil from the end of December 2011, henceforth December 05, 2012 marks a new approach for organizations, independent developers regarding Amazon Web Service. That means that organizations, independents developers from Singapore and Brazil can test, create, and deploy their apps, Database more or less quickly on Amazon Web Service platform.
Therefore these new releases include:
AWS Elastic Beanstalk : where you
can deploy and manage .NET, PHP, Python, Ruby, and Java applications in the AWS
Cloud using AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
EBS Provisioned IOPS : where you
can henceforth create EBS Provisioned IOPS volumes in Brazil, with up to 2000
IOPS per EBS volume.
RDS Provisioned IOPS : where you
can henceforth create RDS Database Instances with up to 10,000 Provisioned IOPS
(for MySQL and Oracle) or 7,000 (SQL Server).
