GravityLight: a ''revolutionary'' new approach to storing energy and creating illumination.

This project available on Indiegogo looking for backers, up to March 2013, aims to bring a revolutionary approach to the development of sustainable energy.

According to the promoters, the process takes only 3 seconds to lift the weight which powers GravityLight, creating 30 minutes of light on its descent. With no batteries to drain or replace,
the team of developers need your help to fund the tooling, manufacture and distribution of at least 1000 gravity powered lights.
The promoters announce having some links to partner organizations in Africa and need to do the same for India. They are also looking for contacts in South America.

Their skunk-works website is www.deciwatt.org.
