New Dev Channel Update for Chrome OS : Stakes around known issues, recommendations and feature enhancements.

Available since January 08, 2013, the Dev channel has been updated to 25.1364.26 (Platform version: 3428.49.0) for all Chrome OS devices.Henceforth some changes include: Fixes to several recent bugs in Google Docs, Audio henceforth works for spoken feedback, several fixes related to multi-monitor extended desktop display. Fixes to some pages scrolling jumping to the top of the page etc.

As known issues: In some situations, Chrome Sync may not sync any data: restart the system and perform sync again and in addition the login screen when resuming from a locked state may be off-center.
