StoryLane, now for Facebook, has released a tool for backup your stories or files.

As announced, following the acquisition of StoryLane by Facebook, you can henceforth download all your stories in one zip file. 

This means that it will contain everything you posted including all the images and audio files in easily viewable and editable plain text, html format, and an XML file for use when importing
your stories to other services. You can start the backup here!
