Summly has been acquired by Yahoo!: stake and opportunity.
Founded in 2011, by Nick D'Aloisio a British-Australian entrepreneur, computer programmer and designer. In 2012 the App has been nominated like the best by Apple.
This new acquisition at $30 millions ,marks the real will of Marissa Mayer, new Boss of Yahoo!, to win a mobile battle and that mobile is a central part of its vision.
Henceforth the Summly team will continue its mission with Yahoo!
The 17 year old entrepreneur Nick D'Aloisio affirms that: ‘’When I founded Summly at 15, I would have never imagined being in this position so suddenly.
