Web Service is in the release cycle, which leads us now to talk about the
newest: The Amazon Linux AMI 2013.03.
For those unfamiliar, with the
Amazon Linux AMI, the goal is to ensure that EC2 customers have a stable,
secure, and simple Linux-based AMI
that integrates well with other Amazon Web Service
offerings.
Henceforth the new version brings:
upgraded kernel to version 3.4.37 , now we have OpenSSH 6 to enable the configuration option of
AuthenticationMethods for requiring multi-factor authentication, OpenSSL 1.0.1added,the
Developer Preview of the new AWS Command Line Interface is now included, and so on.
