BebaPay, a payment card that aims to be easier and more convenient for bus travel in Kenya.

Henceforth launched, this solution is a Google strategy and first experience to develop payment system in Africa. In this adventure,
Google has teamed up with Equity Bank, to launch BebaPay.

With BebaPay, you can load money onto your card at select Equity Bank agents, or using mobile money. You can also use the BebaPay site to keep an eye on your spending.

We also discovered that, BebaPay includes smart cards powered by Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, plus software from Google.
