Dell announces ProSupport Plus, a new service that is part of the Dell ProSupport Enterprise Suite.

As you can note, since January 2013 more or less, Dell is deeply plunged in the vast mutations and crucial innovations, with the goal to restore its image and make a lot profits. Dell ProSupport Enterprise Suite unveiled  on April 24, 2013, is part of this new
approach.
Henceforth ProSupport Plus is billed as Dell first truly proactive support service. This means instead of responding to an issue after it occurs, this new service proactively aims to improve infrastructure performance and stability through a dedicated technical account manager that delivers monthly reporting and performance recommendations.
