eLearning Africa 2013, May, 29-30, WINDHOEK, Namibia.

It is henceforth  an annual tradition, what we can call the rendez-vous of ICT practitioners. In 2012, the conference has been held in the Palais des Congrès de Cotonou in Benin, Cotonou,
where about 89% of the participants came from African countries.This year the event is held in Namibia, Windhoek (Safari conference centre), where practitioners and professionals from Africa and all over the world, will be gathered to share their experiences, feature their products, share their perspectives… for the benefit of the e-learning in Africa.
