Evernote has deployed a new security feature, two-step verification.

Following the recent attack that Evernote had undergone, the new challenge now is to be able to avoid this kind of misadventure in
the future.

In this dynamic, Evernote joins Google, Twitter, and Facebook …by rolling out a new security feature, two-step verification. This means even if somebody has your password, nobody will be able to get in to your notes if they don’t also have your mobile phone.

Note: Two step-verification is initially available to Evernote Premium and Evernote Business users only.
