YouTube Team announced yesterday two improvements, which include: More Control Over Publishing, Sharing and Improvements
to YouTube Uploading.
This means henceforth that, progressively, YouTube user will receive an email to notify them that its video  undergoes uploading and processing.  As from this moment you will able also to forward that email to friends or family for easy sharing. In addition You’ll be also able to decide when, your video will be published.
