Huawei in 5G battle in Europe: first implementation between 2020 and 2030.
The increasing usage of wireless technologies, the increasing creation of
data and the increasing adoption of the mobiles lead
increasingly the deployment of 3G and 4GLTE everywhere in the world. But the main question remains! Should we need access to the wireless network at a speed of 10Gbit per second, 100 times faster than the fastest mobile device on the market today? Huawei stays confident.
increasingly the deployment of 3G and 4GLTE everywhere in the world. But the main question remains! Should we need access to the wireless network at a speed of 10Gbit per second, 100 times faster than the fastest mobile device on the market today? Huawei stays confident.
Therefore through intensive research and collaboration efforts, Huawei, is
helping to drive Europe towards this exciting 5G wireless future.
According to Huawei, ‘’there is no doubt that 5G wireless technologies are
necessary to support the evolution of our ever-expanding wireless world: Over
the next decade we will witness a 1,000-times increase in the demand for wireless
capacity; a range of exciting new business opportunities to connect billions of
things wirelessly will emerge and radio access capability will ultimately allow
every person to access the wireless network at a speed of 10Gbit per second.’’
"5G wireless will, first of all, open the frontiers of a new end-user
experience. For example, visual communication will become the mainstream, and
people will use wireless devices to interact instantly with people remotely, as
if they were meeting face-to-face. 5G wireless will also wirelessly connect an
enormous number of "things" to the network’’.
"There are a lot of innovations that need to be created and a lot of
technology challenges need to be overcome to create 5G solutions. At Huawei,
our researchers are studying the new radio link technologies and new radio
access network architecture. We are also working on prototyping and have
conducted field trials on cloud-based radio access networks.’’ Said Dr. Wen
Tong, Huawei, the head of Huawei Communications Technologies Labs.
