Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch and 10.1-inch run on Android 4.2., includes 5MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera, 1.5GB of RAM and 16/ 32GB of internal storage.

Regarding Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, its aims to combine sleek design and enhanced multimedia capabilities for home and family use. Therefore it brings 3MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera, 1GB of RAM, 16/ 32GB of internal storage, Smart Remote and MHL (TV Out) capabilities.
