The 3rd Huawei Core Business Transformation Forum in Dubai: "Changing Communications, Creating Value".

This year Huawei has teamed up with Infonetics Research and other industry authorities to host the third annual Huawei Core
Business Transformation Forum.

Under the theme of "Changing Communications, Creating Value", the Forum held in Dubai, UAE, focused on:  how operators can further evolve their communication offerings ‘’amidst’’ a rapidly changing ICT environment.

Delegates come from Middle East, Africa and Eastern European regions. During the forum, discussions focused on the future of voice over LTE (VoLTE), monetizing network capabilities, customer analytics & policy control, the future of mobile broadband network management, the burgeoning market for telecom managed-services outsourcing.

In addition operators and other industry players have shared their experiences in specific technology deployment.
