WWDC 2013: iOS7, Use a new Notification Center with a translucent look.

Henceforth unveiled, the new design aims to organize notifications on tabs at the top and give a better look. This also means that, you
can now see notifications on the lockscreen. 

Previously to see the Notification Center we have to slide down from the top of the screen, but now you can slide up from the bottom to reveal the new Control Center. You can turn on and off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi- and Airplane Mode. You can also control music, control brightness and even turn on the camera flash to use it as a flashlight.
