Since yesterday, it is official, HighJump Software has acquired Evenex, a provider of business-to-business integration solutions.

For those who unfamiliar, Evenex enables organizations to optimize trade relations and exchange

Henceforth its acquisition by HighJump Software means that, the extension of HighJump Software’s EDI capabilities into the EMEA region.
