Cisco announced the availability of Business Transformation Certifications and training.

With this new offer, Cisco aims to empower its sales forces and its channel partners, bringing to them a set of tools and techniques to satisfy a customer desire and create value.

Henceforth Cisco partners must be able to work with technology groups as well as business leaders to help overcome complex
business challenges.

Below, three Business Transformation Certifications that will help :

• The Business Transformation Certifications include two Business Transformation Specialist tracks:
• Transformative Architecture
• Business Value
• New certifications include:
• Cisco Transformative Architecture Specialist
• Cisco Business Value Specialist
• Cisco Certified Business Value Practitioner
• Training and certifications will cover topics such as:
• Identifying and engaging with the right stakeholders
• Understanding customer's business strategy and priorities
• Strategic questioning, to discover a customer's pain points and opportunities
• Defining how Cisco architectures, Smart Solutions and services can deliver business-relevant results
• Creating a business case, with a portrait of benefits, investments, costs and risks

The new exams and training are available as from now. Candidates can register for the exams through Pearson VUE, the primary test delivery partner for Cisco. Training courses are offered by Cisco Learning Partners, the only authorized source for Cisco IT training delivered exclusively by Certified Cisco Instructors.
