IBM has completed the acquisition of CSL International: stakes and opportunities.
For those who unfamiliar, CSL International headquartered in Herzliya Pituach, Israel, is a provider of virtualization management technology for IBM’s zEnterprise System. CSL International’s CSL-Wave software enables clients to monitor and manage their
z/VM and Linux on System z environments using a drag and drop interface.
Since this morning, the company is totally owned by IBM with the final goal to consolidate cloud capabilities of IBM zEnterprise technology by offering simplified set up and management of the virtualization environment.
