Connectikpeople has observed that, the Medica-Novu platform enables plan members to create personalized wellness programs that take into account their fitness levels and interests, nutrition and overall life balance. The portal also recommends tailored health and wellness programs that feature
customized coaching, nutrition and fitness goals that can be achieved in specific, manageable steps.

According to the promoters as members reach milestones in their program, they receive reward points that can be used as discounts at restaurants, retail stores, local services, and health and wellness products.

Connectikpeople also discovered that, to help participants meet their goals, the health platform suggests daily activities and educational aides including educational videos, audio tips and checklists. Members can sign up for daily reminder emails or will see the tips when they log in.
