SAP announced the release of the SAP® Social Contact Intelligence analytic application: stake and opportunity.



Unveiled during the CRM Evolution event,  Aug 19 – 21, 2013 in New York City, SAP® Social Contact Intelligence is part of the SAP® Customer Engagement Intelligence solution. This means SAP has expanded its portfolio to offer, as from now, with SAP Social Contact Intelligence, necessary tools to incorporate social
sentiment insights directly into campaigns with the final goal to easily identify and target prospects and influencers and help drive incremental sales.
Henceforth users can more or less quickly identify the ‘’most’’ influential and relevant contacts and analyze product and service complaints from social channels.
Connectikpeople may recall that, the SAP® Customer Engagement Intelligence solution, is a set of applications powered by SAP HANA designed to enable real-time insight from customer data.
