Waze accommodates its first update (Android and iPhone) after having been acquired by Google.

Awaited, this new version brings great improvements in search: this means henceforth, Google Search became the default search provider, you can get, better and faster results for all your searches, you can also still choose other search providers including Bing, Foursquare and Yelp.

Connectikpeople has also observed that, Search was also brought front and center to the navigation experience with an
easy-to-access search bar on the main map screen. The new version will also include support of auto-complete for search results.  

Finally, a map with elements appearing based on their proximity to the user and duplicate reports are now grouped together, allowing for more clarity. The new version is available for both Android and iPhone.
