3D Robotics, TradeHero, and Good Eggs, have raised $48.5 from previous, existing and new investors.
Connectikpeople has captured
this Friday about $470 million in fundings which include the Startups already
well established, and well known like 3D Robotics, TradeHero, and Good Eggs.
3D Robotics (San
Diego-based unmanned aerial vehicle company), has raised $30 million in series B funding
from Foundry Group, True Ventures, O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, SK Ventures, and others. This capital will be
used to develop drones to disrupt a
variety of industries, including construction, agriculture, and search and
rescue.
Connectikpeople has discovered
that, 3D Robotics aims to make drones and other aerial robotics technology
easier, more powerful, and cheaper.
TradeHero (Singapore-based
social investment network ), has raised a series A round of $10 million led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers' China fund and IPV Capital.
Connectikpeople may recall
that, TradeHero's iOS app helps users learn and improve trading skills by
gamifying the stock market experience and simulating live trades. The funding will
be use to boost marketing campaigns, which already has an active user base of
around 280,000.
Good Eggs (a San Francisco-based local food technology startup, founded in
2011 ), has raised $8.5 million in
series A funding led by Sequoia with participation from Collaborative Fund, Harrison Metal, Max Ventilla, and others.
Good Eggs will use the capital to expand its farm-to-fridge delivery platform.
Good Eggs' mission is to grow and sustain local food systems worldwide.
