October 2013, HTC is in trouble with his design masterminds (read the story here), and wants to rethink all its strategic partnerships, but there thinking that HTC, needed the cash, like many have reported; at Connectikpeople we can observe that, it is not right. Because this partnership with Beats Electronics from the start failed because of bad appraisals.
Connectikpeople may recall that, HTC initially purchased a 50.1% stake in Beats two year ago for around $300 million and agreed to sell back more than half the shares about a year later for $150 million.
As from now with its hands free, Beats Electronics can focus on its financial ambitions and HTC respire coolly.
