IBM announced it will invest US$ 17 million in a new data center located in Bogotá: stakes and opportunities.
Connectikpeople has observed that, the new center will provide Colombian
companies with cloud computing and Big Data
services, with the goal to enable organizations to
transform their
business to meet the growing demands of the local and international markets and
to offer flexible, high quality and personalized services for their customers.
Connnectikpeople may recall that,
since 2009, IBM has made multi-million-dollar investments in Latin
America ,opening nine IT Services Centers located in Brazil, Mexico, Costa
Rica, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay.
