IBM has completed the acquisition of Trusteer: stakes and opportunities.

Connectikpeople may recall that, on August 15, 2013, IBM announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Trusteer. Since this morning the operation has been completed. This means, Trusteer will extend IBM data security capabilities further
into the cloud, mobile and endpoint security space.

Trusteer remains in Israel, with its cybersecurity software lab to focus on mobile and application security, advanced threat protection, malware, counter-fraud, and financial crimes.
