Virtualized, Software-Defined Networking: Netsocket announced a new dynamic.

If the concept of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) remains less popular, into the networks, there are lots of reasons which may encourage you to cross the step. In this dynamic,  Netsocket, one of the technology leader in virtualized, Software-Defined Networking, today announced ‘’further evidence of the burgeoning
need’’ for virtualized networking solutions as well as the major barriers keeping enterprises and service providers from deploying Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solutions into their networks.
Connectikpeople has observed that, a webinar poll on Software-Defined Networking (SDN) & Network Virtualization, jointly hosted by Heavy Reading Analyst, Sterling Perrin, and chief technologists from Netsocket, showed results that point to the demand for SDN as a means of next generation network transformation and those deployment scenarios generating the greatest demand for
Therefore according Netsocket, key findings include:
  • Overwhelmingly 72% of the service provider and enterprise respondents agreed that having the means to provide network optimization through automation was the lead use case deployment scenario driving the demand for SDN.
  • Proven interoperability with legacy network hardware and the lack of complete end-to-end virtualized network solutions were equally charted as the greatest hindrance to the actual move to SDN today.
