IBM inventors have patented a technique for dynamically allocating cloud computing data center resources.

IBM continues to consolidate its approach of personalized services. In this dynamic, this company has received its U.S. Patent #8,370,490.
The patent is based on an automated analysis of the most effective use of assets, leading to improved performance and cost-savings over inefficient, one-size-fits-all
approaches to cloud data center management.
According to IBM, today, most cloud services are delivered via prepackaged models that typically don’t take into account individual client needs and budget requirements.
Henceforth with its new approach, IBM aims to automatically allocate cloud resources and provisions services to meet the requirements of each client instead of offering the same, inflexible solution to every client.
Connectikpeople, may recall that, IBM invests about $6 billion annually in R&D and has topped the list of U.S. patent recipients for 20 consecutive years.
