Orange continues its collaboration with NUMA, the digital innovation hub in Paris: stakes and opportunities.

In its global strategy around the digital ecosystem, Orange supports a set of initiatives like the digital co-working facility La Cantine in Paris and the start-up accelerator Le Camping de Paris since their inception. NUMA joins this list as an innovation hub, with the goal to strength its position as one of the major’s innovation partner to the digital ecosystem.

This means, Orange’s involvement takes the form of financial support as well as

expertise provided by its research and innovation staff.

Connectikpeople has also observed that, within NUMA, Orange and the “Images & Réseaux” cluster are also leading the French Government’s “augmented reality” project for a new industrial France, exploring new augmented reality services in partnership with the digital ecosystem. Orange is also contributing its technical know-how by offering NUMA’s participants high-performance and innovative telecommunications solutions, as well as providing innovative smart building solutions.

‘In NUMA’s co-working spaces start-ups benefit from top of the range communication services provided by Orange: super-fast broadband access delivering speeds of up to 1 GB, full indoor Wi-Fi coverage and video-conferencing by Apizee, a start-up born from Orange’.
