Cloud Adoption in China: here is how IBM paves its way.
China is subject to lots of lusts from the cloud

Data Center (IDC) service providers, to introduce IBM's cloud infrastructure service.
This means, IBM will provide the physical point of distribution (POD) and
service
while 21Vianet will host the POD facility at 21Vianet datacenter in
Beijing.
