Startups funding: Sightly , Health Catalyst, and Indiegogo can now expand their global presence and their client base.

Sightly ( founded in 2006, Temecula, CA-based local video directory), has raised $1.7 million in a seed funding led by Mack Capital with participation from Tomorrow Ventures and 500 Startups. With Sightly businesses can create localized online video ad campaigns, leveraging the power of video to change how people find and choose local businesses. Founded as Pixelfish, but recently changing its name and focus, Sightly will debut its new enterprise video ad platform in February 2014 and plans to
put the latest funds toward expanding its client base.

Health Catalyst (Founded in 2008, Salt Lake City-based healthcare data software), has raised $41 million in Series C funding from Sequoia Capital, Norwest Venture Partners, Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Sorenson Capital, and CHV Capital. Connectikpeople.co recalls that, Heath Catalyst provides data warehousing and analytics for healthcare providers, to help organize, normalize, and link data from all of a health group's different systems. Health Catalyst has raised over $80 million to date.

Indiegogo ( Founded in 2008, San Francisco-based crowdfunding platform), has raised $40 million in a Series B funding led by Institutional Venture Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers with participation from Insight Venture Partners, MHS Capital, Metamorphic Ventures, and ff Venture Capital. Indiegogo is a global crowdfunding platform, currently operational in every country in the world, and will use the funding to move further into mobile and expand its global presence. Indiegogo has raised nearly $57 million in funding to date.
