Funding: Quad Learning, Kenshoo, and Wattpad, can now fuel global expansion and hire additional staff.

Quad Learning will use the funds to expand its reach to 10 community colleges by the end of the year and grow its

Kenshoo (Founded in 2006, Tel Aviv and San Francisco-based marketing technology company), has raised $20 million in a new round led by Bain Capital Ventures with participation from Sequoia Capital, Arts Alliance and Tenaya Capital. With Kenshoo advertisers can manage all of their online marketing campaigns in one place. Kenshoo provides analytics through its predictive media optimization technology. Kenshoo will use the new cash to fuel global expansion.

Wattpad (Founded in 2006, Toronto-based social writing platform), has raised $46 million in a Series C round led by OMERS Ventures with participation from existing investors August Capital, Raine Ventures, and Northleaf Capital Partners. Wattpad provides a platform and community for writers to post and read stories while engaging with one another through feedback. Wattpad has raised nearly $67 million to date and will use the new funds to grow its user group and hire additional staff.
