analytics platform), has raised $70 million in a Series C round led by NEA with participation by Benchmark and Index Ventures. With ElasticSearch, an open source

of data, pull out results, and visualize them clearly. ElasticSearch has raised
over $100 million to date and will use the latest round to drive growth and
build out operations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Yext (Founded in 2009, New
York-based local marketing company), has raised $50 million in a Series F round
led by Insight Venture Partners with participation from Marker, Institutional Venture Partners, and Sutter Hill Ventures. Yext has developed geo-marketing software that can help businesses
synchronize their data across local search services. Yext has raised over $115 million to date and plans to put the
latest investment into continued research and development and international
expansion.
Yieldbot (Founded in 2010, New York-based
advertising technology company), has raised an $18 million Series B round led
by SJF Ventures with participation from existing investors Common Angels, New Atlantic Ventures, and RRE Ventures. With Yieldbot advertisers can buy display ads via
search-style keywords, matching advertising to content and consumer relevance. Yieldbot has raised over $28 million in
funding to date and will use the new cash to grow its staff and continue
scaling the business.
Dayima ( launched in
2012, Chinese women's health app), has
raised $30 million in a Series C round from Sequoia Capital China, Ceyuan Ventures, and Bertelsmann Asia Investments. Dayima is a menstruation-tracking platform that also
provides users with content on women's health, fitness, and beauty. Dayima has
45 million registered users and has raised a total of $45 million in funding to
date.
Mogujie ( launched in 2013, Chinese social shopping platform),
has raised $200 million in Series D funding from Hopu Fund, TBP Capital, Qiming Venture Partners, IDG Capital Partners, and Banyan Fund. Started as a Pinterest-style social sharing site in
2011, Mogujie is a platform for retailers to sell goods directly to consumers
at the end of last year. Mogujie with nearly 35 million monthly active users
plans to use the latest funding to expand its team, enhance customer
experience, and create an open-source community.
PackLink (Founded in 2012, Madrid, Spain-based online shipping startup), has
raised a $9 million Series B round led by Accel Partners with participation from existing investor Active Venture Partners. PackLink compares shipping
price, speed, and service level across a variety of worldwide shipping
providers, letting users print labels and track packages as well. PackLink has
raised $11 million to date and is launching soon in Italy, Mexico, and the UK.
