E round led by NewSpring Capital with participation from return backers Apex Venture Partners, SSM Partners, Origin Ventures, River City Capital Funds, i2A Illinois Accelerator Fund and Spring Mill Venture Partners. Ifbyphone provides tools for
marketers and salespeople to track, prioritize, and route incoming calls to
improve customer experience. Ifbyphone has raised $60 million to date and will
use the latest cash to further develop its Voice360 platform and help fund the
acquisition of competitor Mongoose Metrics.
