Authy, (launched in 2012, a platform for securing online accounts), has raised
$2.3 million in seed funding from a list of investors including Data Collective, Digital Garage, Winklevoss Capital, CrunchFund, Salesforce.com, AngelList, and individuals Aaron Levie and Sam Yagan. Connectikpeople.co, soon #Retinknow recalls that, Authy provides an API for developers to customize two-factor
authentication for any website or app. Authy
will use the seed funding to expand its sales and marketing teams.
Lob,( Founded in 2013 a printing
services startup based in San Francisco), has raised $7 million in a Series A
round led by Polaris Partners with participation from First Round Capital, Floodgate, and angel investors.
Lob provides a cloud-based
printing API that allows developers to automate orders for printed materials,
such as checks or postcards, and have them directly mailed to physical
addresses. Lob has raised nearly $10
million to date and will use the latest cash to grow the business.
