Beyond  a set of  reluctances related to security, privacy and misinformation (considering cloud as just another iteration of traditional infrastructure and application hosting),  it is more and more exciting to observe that, government CIOs, progressively see the cloud computing (particularly the Hybrid cloud) as a quick and easy way to significantly cut capex,  improve their ability to give access to applications and data from remote locations and multiple devices, as well as enhance productivity, scalability and flexibility to deal with peak workloads and cope with fast-growing demand for computing capacity.

In fact, the cloud computing is increasingly attracting the interest of governments across the world, and the dormant demand is translating into active demand, despite security concerns.
