Run high performance workloads in OpenStack

in OpenStack.
Improvements to network function virtualization infrastructure
(NFVI) performance include features such as SR-IOV, DPDK, NUMA CPU pinning, and
huge pages.
Improvements were also made to application and service
orchestration with TOSCA and validations for big data were performed with
Cloudera and Hortonworks.
